The Humane Society of Carroll County is committed to transparency in all aspects of our organization. We track all incomes and outcomes for the animals in our shelter and report our lifesaving statistics monthly to Best Friends Shelter Pet Data Alliance and Shelter Data Alliance and quarterly to the Maryland Department of Agriculture.
